New Hope is proud to give 20% of our contributions to offer financial and prayerful support of many missionaries, both locally and abroad.
clothing ministry
New Hope Clothing Ministry is more than a way to cloth people; it is a way to share the loving concern of God’s people for others and to share Jesus Christ’s love with a lost and needy world. We provide the distribution of clothing (donated by our church family and others) to men, women, and children in need. Everything is free to any individual or family regardless of economic status.
Open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm (closed for inclement weather and holidays).
The best time to donate is Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, but donations are gladly excepted Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Just pull up to the double glass doors located at the back of the church and call 865-982-3414.

food giveaway
Due to the generosity of our church family, we are able to purchase everything needed to distribute hundreds of boxes of food the Saturday before Thanksgiving each year. The day of the event, families pick up a box of food filled with everything to feed a family of 4 plus a frozen turkey for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

hands TOUCHING HEARTS
A ladies mission group that meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 pm. This ministry meets the FIRST and THIRD Tuesday each month at 4:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. We sendout cards of love and prayer to shut-ins, sick, encouragement, sympathy, and our missionaries here and abroad. We do special projects for other ministries within in the church. We also support Children’s Hospital, Pregnancy Resource Center and other needs as they arise. COME JOIN US! You will definitely receive a blessing.
outreach ministry
OUTREACH: We visit the area homeless, hospitals, assisted living facilities, & individual homes taking food, care baskets, goody bags, and other items focused on reaching out & witnessing. We meet one Saturday a month from 10:00 am -12:00 pm.
BLOUNT CITY NIGHTS is a homeless outreach that meets every Monday from 5:00-7:00 pm at the pavilion behind the Blount County Courthouse. We feed our local homeless neighbors, provide hygiene items, blankets, clothing, etc. and spend time in fellowship.
